Worcester Sheds Hall Class locomotive No. 4919 'Donnington Hall' shunts a train of civil engineers wagons at Colwall station, Herefordshire.

            During the last weeks of its working life, Worcester Sheds ex GWR 4-6-0 Hall Class locomotive No. 4919 'Donnington Hall' shunts civil engineers wagons on the high level siding at Colwall station, Herefordshire.  The wagons are loaded with a motorised dumper, a conveyor belt and empties for use during a track relay. 

Note, the high level siding was the original formation to the first Colwall tunnel to be cut through the Malverns, but was later abandoned the day the second lower larger tunnel was opened, thus it became a headshunt/siding for the civil engineers.
