Crocus meadow in the city garden

            Yesterday,  it was a wonderful springlike day.
In the warm sunshine crocuses opened their blossoms,  and busy  bees 
enjoyed the pollen.
The first hungry queens of bumblebees appeared too.The queen is  the only bumblebee
to hibernate through the winter (see repost inside)..

Gestern war ein herrlicher Frühlingstag.
Im warmen Sonnenlicht öffneten die Krokusse ihre Blüten, die Bienen waren fleißig mit Pollensuche beschäftigt,  und die ersten hungrigen Königinnen der Erdhummeln zeigten sich!
Es sind nur die Hummel-Königinnen, die  überwintern und nun  ausschwärmen, um einenneuen Staat zu gründen. (siehe Repost unten).
