165007 : Drayton Green - a photo on Flickriver

Chiltern Railways Class 165 unit No. 165007 passes Drayton Green working the 5M32 11:17 West Ealing to West Ruislip empty stock movement.

This is the last week for Chiltern Railways to operate their Parliamentary trains between South Ruislip and West Ealing via the Greenford branch.

Chiltern Railways operate the 5M27 10:23 Marylebone to West Ealing [reversing at South Ruislip] and 5M32 11:17 West Ealing to West Ruislip empty stock workings on Mondays to Fridays.

On Wednesdays only, the 5M32 11:17 West Ealing to West Ruislip working operates in public service as the 2M32 11:17 West Ealing to West Ruislip.

From the new timetable next week, these workings no longer operate and Chiltern Railways only working at West Ealing will be the Wednesdays only 11:17 West Ealing to West Ruislip BUS service.

This change is to allow electrical work to take place at West Ealing for the proposed Class 230 operated service on the Greenford branch. However as Vivarail is about to go into administration this is not likely to happen in the near future.

According to ORR Estimates of Station Usage Drayton Green was the leased used station in London for the period 2021-2022.
