Time Stand Still.

            Nothing stands still for long, we can't afford to rest on our imaginary laurels, we have to progress.........
  Often in small steps, some times in seemingly giant leaps, the giant leaps bother me, as i feel i may have missed some thing.
  I had, yesterday, one of those "out of sorts days", nothing you can put your finger on, just not my self,
 my answer to it, is in my opening lines,i feel the need, in these circumstances, to push on, or at least improve on previous efforts,
  Any how, my head wouldn't work ;-)))) so i went off station for a smoke... coming back on station, i over heard part of a phone conversation, " it's to do with kinetics" my head slipped into drive, and off i went, back to P4 and this scene, with kinetic, and potential energy going round and round as it were......Motion in relation to force, and the potency there of,
how the heck do i shoot that ?????
will i be able to interpret it myself, let alone convey it,
  The fixed "28" became the potential energy, the kinetic all else, the force was several attempts at a last second side shift, not non successfully accomplished,but could be better. 
 At the end of it all, it is nothing more than a zoom pan again, but it got "me" back on track ;-))))
