            La principal característica que distingue Lestes dryas de Lestes sponsa son los apéndices interiores anales que podemos ver al final del abdomen y que he marcado. En sponsa son largos, rectos y con la punta estrecha, como podemos apreciar. En dryas son anchos y están curvados el uno hacia el otro. 
No buscaba esta información tan precisa, luego María González me lo aclaró. Ya mientras la tomaba me decía que sacara bien los apéndices pero no sabía por qué.
