Cheneyville Tower - a photo on Flickriver

Cheneyville Tower

            Here is a photo of Milwaukee Roads Cheneyville tower, circa 1940's.  I'm not sure when the tower was removed, and the 1-story cabin was built.  Tower was located in the S/W quadrant of the Milwaukee's Terre Haute sub and the NKP's Peoria division...

Shown here is a view looking N/N/W with the Milw at right barely visible and the NKP E/W line running between the tower and shanty.  The tower's call sign was "CY".
