"35" Thursday - a photo on Flickriver

"35" Thursday

            To go along with Mark Llanuza's idea of "30" Thursday is this shot of eastbound CSX train Q-394-15 going away from "VN" tower at Nova, Ohio on August 15th, 1988 with CSX 8384-6009-4359 and 82 cars.  This was my only visit to Nova and I grabbed 2 shots.  This going away shot was much better than the coming shot, however, the coming shot (did I just call it that?) showed the tower and parts of the signal.  The trailing engine is a GO35 which is the reason I posted this finally.  Train is running against the current and the westbound pot signal is at right of the leader.

CSX SD40 #8384 was built by EMD as C&O #7525 in July of 1970.

CSX GP40-2 #6009 was built by EMD as B&O #4109 in August of 1972.

CSX GP35 #4359 was built by EMD as B&O #3519 in Aoril of 1964.
