On the Crest of a Wave - a photo on Flickriver

            This is "Kong", a ride at the West Midlands Safari Park. I chickened out of all the rides, preferring to take a few pix. Glad I did because the rides responded really well to the old ICM treatment. I particularly like this one because, whilst you can clearly see the bit where the people sit, you can't really make out any of the huge structure it sits on at all. It seems to be riding down a slope of terra firma, ready to come down with a big bump at the bottom.
