In Full Bloom - a photo on Flickriver

In Full Bloom

            It was a very windy day to try my hand at macro photography.
The winds were blowing at a steady 15-20 mph with gusts at 30 mph. Every time I thought I had the flower in focus. it would move 6 inches in various directions. Sometimes it would move out of the viewfinder, and each time I'd start over.
After an hour I was able to capture it in focus…thankfully.
