Die Pfarrkirche, dem Hl. Georg geweiht, wurde der Überlieferung nach am 17. Juli 1130 geweiht. Von diesem romanischen Bau sind noch drei Schiffe erhalten. Die Seitenschiffe weisen die charakteristischen halbrunden Aspiden auf. Anfang des 14. Jahrhunderts veränderte man die Kirche im Stile der Gotik. An die Westfassade wurde 1904 die Grufthalle der Grafen Lamberg gebaut.
