This image and the one that follows are a bit of a departure from my usual style but I rather like them. I have been spending a lot of time hanging around the Dripping Springs Baseball Field this year since my 7 year old is playing for the Knights and has at least 1 game and 1 practice session each week

On several occasions, I've taken the camera along and grabbed some action shots (the coaches actually let me onto the field during play - talk about access!) but last week I decided to forego the telephoto and stick to the dugout.

This proved a good decision since the light was a lot better in there and I grabbed a lot of candids of the boys during the game. It was a very close match but the Knights eventually won by a single run in the final inning.
