Magical colours after the winter sunset

            This huge light show was made possible by sheer physics manifesting itself in the nature. While shorther wavelenghts of the sunlight scattered down to earth painting the ice on the shoreline beautifully blue, the red end of the spectrum dominated in the sky as the water droplets and ice crystals in the atmosphere were sparkled with longer wavelengths of light.
