[EN] "Coccinelle" (ladybird) or "Goutte d'eau" (drop of water) sprang from the imagination of engineer André Lefèbvre. The first sketches were produced in 1953 and the first prototype hit the road in 1956. The bodywork of the C10 was inspired by a falling drop of water, the most perfect aerodynamic form. As pointed out by Robert Opron himself, "with its lightweight bodywork and aerodynamic profile, the C10 could have carried four people with luggage at 100 km/h or more".

Engine: aircooled flat twin. 
Capacity: 425 cm³, 12 bhp at 3.500 rpm.

[FR] La "Coccinelle" ou "Goutte d'eau" est le fruit de l'imagination de l'ingénieur André Lefèbvre. En 1953, les premiers coups de crayons sont donnés, et le premier prototype roule dès 1956. La carrosserie de la C10 est inspirée de la goutte d'eau qui chute, la forme aérodynamique la plus parfaite. Robert Opron le souligne lui-même: "grâce à la légèreté du véhicule et à son profil aérodynamique, la C10 aurait pu emporter quatre personnes, des bagages et atteindre, voir dépasser les 100 km/h".
