Voordat we deze "Heilige ET" op foto konden zetten, hadden we net een klein maar zeer geslaagd zijsprongetje gemaakt naar de 'Kasbachtalbahn' waar we in een uiterst fraai herfstdecor dit railbusje fotografeerden op de rit van Kalenborn (Westerwald) naar Linz (Rhein). Het treintje heeft hier bijna het einde van de "Steilstrecke" bereikt en zal over een aantal minuten in het eindstation Linz (Rhein) aankomen.

Before we took the picture of this EMU class 420 from S-Bahn München, we went to the Kasbachtalbahn. Okay, we were aware that we would miss some freight trains on the mainline, but these side jumps are defenitely making a visit to the Rhine more interesting, especially with the railbuses in historic paint sheme.
