SNCF 467579 + 467629 @ Quenast 🇧🇪

Door de intensieve snoeiwerken langs lijntje 115 had ik al meermaals het plan om de ballasttrein van SNCF FRET op foto te zetten bij de uitrit van de bundel in Quenast. Zolang het dus bewolkt was, moest ik dat maar eens uitvoeren. Maar dit was makkelijker gezegd dan gedaan want ik had niet minder dan drie pogingen nodig om deze foto te maken.

Op vrijdag 6 maart waagde ik voor de eerste keer mijn kans maar jammer genoeg was de trein al ribbedebie toen ik om 13u45 aankwam (ook al is het officiële vertrekuur pas om 14u12 - de trein vertrekt vaak al rond 13u30, zo blijkt). Ik moest de tweede keer dus maar wat vroeger vertrekken en dat deed ik dan ook op dinsdag 10 maart... maar ook deze poging mislukte omdat ik op het straatje vanuit Tubize naar Quenast achter de vuilniswagen aansukkelde en daar in eerste instantie niet aan voorbij kon... ik deed nog wel een poging om wat rond te rijden maar daardoor was ik dus net een minuutje te laat. De trein was dus ook nu al gaan vliegen.

De derde poging stond dan op woensdag 11 maart gepland. Het was nog steeds regenachtig en dus het ideale weer. Ook nu stond de trein om 13u45 al netjes aan het uitrijsein van de bundel te wachten om  lijn 115 op te rijden maar slaagde de poging gelukkig wel en kwam er net op het moment van afdrukken beweging in de trein.
