Alicante is a Spanish coastal city located on the Costa Blanca in the Valencian Community. After that, the city became part of the Roman Empire and in 711 the Moors occupied the city, who also gave the city its current name 'Alicante'. The Moors also laid the foundation for the fortress on top of the Benacantil hill, but after the conquest by the Spaniards this grew into the castle Castillo de Santa Bárbara. Today, entry to the castle is free. The fortress can be accessed on foot, through various inputs such as the ones of Postiguet Beach that leads to the Castle through an elevator, but it is also accessible by car or on the Turibus. Castillo de Santa Bárbara is located on the 166 meter high mountain Benacantil. Castillo de Santa Bárbara bleef verlaten tot 1963, toen het voor het publiek werd geopend. Vandaag de dag is de toegang tot het kasteel gratis. Een regenboog parachute dansdoek is een uitdaging voor jong en oud. De spelparachute is interessant als groot gezelschapsspel. Er zijn meerdere spelideeën. Het overgooien van ballen, het elkaar passeren onder het doek terwijl de parachute al weer naar beneden komt etc.
