Königsberg Synagogue_289 - a photo on Flickriver

            The new Liberal Synagogue was built in the 1890s according to the project of Berlin architects. The style of the building was a combination of Gothic with Moorish forms and neo-Renaissance. The height of the building was 46 meters. After the Nazis came to power in Germany, during the Kristallnacht in 1938, the synagogue was burned and finally destroyed during a British air raid in August 1944. The synagogue building was rebuilt on the site of the former one, Konigsberg, in 2018.

Новая Либеральная Синагога была построена в 1890-ые гг по проекту берлинских архитекторов. Стиль здания представлял собой сочетание готики с мавританскими формами и неоренессансом. Высота здания составляла 46 метров. После прихода к власти в Германии нацистов, во время "Хрустальной ночи" в 1938 году синагога была сожжена и окончательно разрушена во время налета английской авиации в августе 1944 года. Здание синагоги отстроено заново на месте прежней, Кенигсбергской, в 2018 году.
