Mother and daughter make soya milk - a photo on Flickriver

            After boiling ground soy beans in water, the mixture is poured into a cloth bag, and the liquid is then squeezed out to make soya milk. It seemed to require a lot of energy on the part of the two women!

Madre e figlia filtrano il latte di soia.
Dopo aver fatto bollire i fagioli di soia tritati, il tutto, acqua compresa, viene versato in un sacco di tela, che viene poi strizzato per farne uscire tutto il liquido.
Un lavoro molto pesante e faticoso da cui si ricava latte di soia.
