            Welcome to California -- this highly sought after piece of real estate can be yours for the price of only $ 150,000.  The interior is shambles and needs to be totally ripped out. 
It's not the Casmalia location ( a town of some 200 folks 30 miles from anything in any direction ) whose main claim to fame is one of the original Superfunds sites is located only 2 miles away.
This "cauldron of chemical stew" was declared a site in 2001 and 20 years later hasn't been cleaned up in the slightest, being 'contained' only.
I will give it 5 stars though for the original Hitching Post being located here and staying vibrant all these years ( yes the Sideways movie but that was Hitching Post II ).
