            "The camera never lies" is the popular expression, but I'd like to think that at least it enables a little deception, right?

On an August visit to the Rotsidan nature reserve on the High Coast of Sweden, I sawmy Daniel over there and lowered the camera (in this case, my phone) until it almost hit the water in this long and straight crack in the rock.

Like you can see if you compare it to his leg, it wasn't very deep, but using the ultrawide lens on the phone really messes up the perspective and it looks massive up close.

The nature reserve was very interesting - a stip of coastline, a couple of kilometers long with the most peculiar very flat rock landscape, broken up by very straight cracks. Coupled with the day being both very windy and also very warm, it felt very exotic and un-Swedish.
