Night On The Roof Tiles - a photo on Flickriver

On this side of the Douro are all of the Wine companies- you can see their roofs in the foreground.

So, I was having quite a good evening (and actually, this trip to Porto was -emotionally- the calmest and most successful yet)... until we came across what I can only describe as some sort of insidious 'initiation ritual'.

Groups of young adults were being made to do odd things by a number of older twenty-somethings, like to sit in the middle of roads or to shout at people in big groups.

It all made me feel very uncomfortable. An odd backdrop to my photography.
