Drown the World in Concrete - a photo on Flickriver

            A curved overpass that looked to be pretty precarious... and a nervous photographer who doesn't like heights... Oh dear. 

I wouldn't like to speak for Michael, who weathers any problem with a rather stoic attitude, but I was terrified when 4 people walked past and the entire structure MOVED. Bloody Hell! At least this shot was worth the terror.

I'm not a fan of huge areas of cities that have been washed over by concrete, but there was something about this place that spoke to me. It was a little like going back in time to the 60s. Aside from a giant screen by the roadside, I imagine this is almost exactly how it would have looked all those years ago.
