Piatra Craiului ridge - a photo on Flickriver

            You are probably wondering why I have so many photos from Piatra Craiului Mountains. The answer is because for me they are very challenging and in the same time not to forget very beautiful. 

I have tried 2 times to do the ridge (about 25km long) from what end to another but both times I was not able to. I have allocated all the resources and also the required time but still... was too hard. In both cases the weather and this mountain defeated us.

For me this means that I have to try again in the future. To prepare better and see why we were not able the first times we tried. For you it means that you will see many photos from these mountains on my photostream.  

Why are so difficult... you may ask. They are not... for someone who maybe goes weekly on the mountains. But for a programmer like me are. :) The ridge is very challenging with not many places to retreat. In the same time requires your attention almost all the time.
