Info: He was appointed by an unnamed cult to be their leader, he was given the mask of swiftness and the cloak of ultimate firepower. After he had a battle with his worst enemy, Upperkut, who was from the same cult, he became good. He is somewhere between an antihero and a superhero. He drives a supercharged 1970 Dodge Charger with 569 HP. It can do 0 to 60 mph in just 5 seconds. He is holding a M27 IAR  and a Colt Walker with a shell conversion kit.
