A pair of riders makes their way back to the stable as the day ends on Dartmoor.
Besides the many Tors, Dartmoor is strewn with rocks. It is estimated that they were pushed up through the Earth's crust by immense geological forces during the formation of our island. Down in the valley is the village of Widecombe, famous for its annual fair and parked cars
St Pancras church down in the village was built in the fourteenth century, it is absolutely massive for the size of the village.
