Tiny tidal beach - a photo on Flickriver

Tiny tidal beach

            walked over a headland to reach this little cove.   Superb rock formations to see here, must thank my partner for dragging me over to see this place, it is not an easy access.   The only time any sand is visible is at low tide.  The view I'm sharing here is just above the sandy area, to show the swirls on the stone , I found that fascinating.   Away on the horizon is Luskentyre beach, and on a beautiful day such as this one was, it had been busy over there.  We managed to have our picnic in a space with no one around apart from ourselves.  A really nice place.  Isle of Harris by the way :)
