SNCF 4526 @ Rebecq

Een paar dagen voor mijn avondlijke uitstap naar lijn 1, stond ik in de voormiddag paraat langsheen de hogesnelheidslijn. Vooral met de bedoeling om de nieuwe lens uit te testen: de eerste twee foto's werden niets - een brandpuntsafstand van f4.5 leidde tot een niet zo goede scherptediepte op de foto. Komt ervan als je punten uitkiest waarbij je een mooi panoramazicht hebt ;-)

Om af te sluiten, besloot ik eens een ander punt te gaan verkennen, te bereiken na een wandeling langs de randen van een veld. Ik was net één minuut te laat voor een Eurostar, maar gelukkig wist ik dat er spoedig een TGV zou volgen ;-)

I'd like to present you another picture made on the Belgian high speed line 1, officially the first succeeded with my new Sigma lens.

You can see here SNCF Réseau 4526 approaching Brussels at noon sharp. This EMU had left Marseille Saint Charles early on the morning (6:36 AM) and had thus made some kilometers on French and Belgian high speed lines.
