            Granted I'm not a native born Idahoan (I was actually born in the mid lands of Washington state), I have, dare I say it, spent most of my life here.  And considering that I'd been raised in a small town just north of here that holds an annual "Spud day" festival every September, round about harvest time, that could very well rival any county fair, and still to this day linger just up the road from what they consider to be the Potato capital of the world, I have in away become something of a self proclaimed potato connoisseur.

Basically, when it comes to tatters, I'm pretty picky about which ones I'm gonna use, and when it comes to camping, there is no exception....If it ain't a Burbank Russet or a Red...It ain't going in my breakfast campers hash...
