Steadfast Shadows: 60028 6Z30 Stansted Mountfitchet 02/08/22

            Steadfast, an original name from British Rail times I recall...

Not the most regular class type to visit the West Anglian route in the 21st Century, the Class 60 has a chequered history, with most visuals of them tending to be of those in long withdrawn lines at Totton.

Despite that, 29 of the 100-strong class continue in use, with 4 of them running for DC Rail.

As the evening shadows cross the railway, DC Rail Class 60 diesel locomotive 60028 in a special Cappagh Group livery passes by Stansted Mountfitchet hauling a line of blue wagons on the working of 6Z30 17:43 Brandon Down Goods Loop to Willesden Dc Rail Sidings 02/08/22
