            First time I've seen it in sunshine...

Recent major alterations have occurred to the First Essex networks in Chelmsford, Colchester and Basildon, seeing routes changed, renumbered and withdrawn, and vehicle transfers also take place, all at around 10 days worth of notice to the intending passenger.

Whilst council contracted routes have mostly avoided the ensuing chaos, Route 42A has seen its extension from Chelmsford City Centre to Galleywood withdrawn and replaced by route C1.
