Grantham Flood 6323 - a photo on Flickriver

            Grantham, Riverside Walk. After a day of torrential rain and snow, falling on already sodden ground, the River Witham burst its banks on the northern side of the town centre on Monday 7th January. Wyndham Park and Queen Elizabeth Park were particularly badly hit. Some poor residents of Belton Lane were hit from incoming water on both sides of their homes - these are rear gardens from Queen Elizabeth Park.
