Cynthiana, hometown of "The Walking Dead"

This is a mural in downtown Cynthiana, Kentucky. It has the main characters of the popular television show, The Walking Dead.

Cynthiana, Kentucky is the setting for the beginning of the original comic book. Fictional Rick & Shane worked at the police station down the street. Rick's home is here. The hospital that Rick woke up in is really here -- Harrison Memorial Hospital.

This is Robert Kirkman's home town, the creator of the graphic novel. (See Walking Dead wikipedia)
