            A Tahiti, le Ragoût de bœuf au curry et au lait de coco est un plat populaire qui s'apprécie avec du riz bien chaud. Il est composé de viande de ragoût découpé en gros morceaux avec des pommes de ferre, carottes et navets. Le tout est mijoté à feu doux avec du curry et du lait de coco.
