Paysage du Fenua Aihere à Teahupoo, Tahiti

            Le Fenua Aihere (Terre en friche) est situé à l’extrême sud-est de Tahiti (la presqu'île, appelée aussi Tahiti Iti)  accessible uniquement par bateau ou à pieds à partir de Teahupoo, le spot de surf bien connu et fréquenté par les adeptes du sport de glisse. Le site commence là où la route s'arrête. La végétation y est dense et les habitations sont rares. Malgré la pluie qui sévit depuis ce matin tôt, les paysages sont magnifiques. Les vallées sont profondes et les montagnes à peine voilées par la brume et la pluie.
