Bear River Cascades - a photo on Flickriver

            I did a spur of the moment photo excursion this afternoon. Grabbed my stuff, jumped into the car, and headed for higher country. I ended up near Emigrant Gap at the Bear River. I pulled into the parking lot of a PG&E (Pacific Gas & Electric) day use area called Sierra Discovery Trail. It was easy access to the river and there were these cool little cascades. A nice find, in my opinion.
