Great or Great White Egret (Ardea alba)

            Taken at Swithland Reservoir, Rothley, Leicestershire.
Heard that the Smew was seen yesterday so went this morning, to see if I could locate it, I didn't.

There were 3 Great Whites about  2 were distant but one this was flying around the small pool, back and forth, which gave me lots of photographic opportunities.
