Black-throated Loon or Diver (Gavia arctica) #3

Taken on a loch in Speyside, Scotland.
Are second full day of birding, the sky was wall to wall grey and very misty with fine drizzle so the light was pretty poor. We decided to move on and return latter if the light improved, which it did.
We spotted them immediately from the east side road that tracks the loch very close in again. These are 3 shots from that encounter. I have many more to process, but that have to wait until we get home.

This faithful pair have been unsuccessful this year again.
