This 9 inch (23cm) Adeline porcelain figure of Mother Mary looked special enough when I first saw it at a small gift shop in town. Its most special quality of all, however, lies in the fact that I bought it as a Christmas gift for fellow friends of the church in Domrémy, Joan of Arc's birthplace.

The gift was sent on behalf of myself and the LA PUCELLE community here at Flickr. I trust my LA PUCELLE troops are in accord.
