They Do It On the Leaves? - a photo on Flickriver

            Apparently there have been some problems on the grounds of the Catholic grade school and the church across the street regarding people letting their dogs poop on the lawn, even under the fallen leaves. I suppose one would have to rake the leaves up to be certain, but most of the time the guys with the noisy leaf blowers show up and move the leaves around instead.

Still, there is an ordinance in Glendale about this sort of thing.
