Monique at Twilight - a photo on Flickriver

            I often marvel at how often the last shot of a photoshoot often becomes your favorite image of the night. Monique had done a wonderful job of posing throughout the late afternoon and evening, and we were just getting ready to pack up when I uttered that timeworn photographers' phrase, " . . . , just one more shot." I'm so glad we created this last image of the night. It captured all Monique's beauty, grace, poise, and confidence.
The sun below the horizon provided the subtle glow in the sky for a backlight. Key light was an AD600 with a 28 inch collapsible beauty dish camera left and above. The light was angled slightly up and in front of Monique to give that light falloff across her.
