Cuando el sol se halla a punto de ponerse, asemeja darse un choque en el cielo entre sus últimas luces y las sombras que no tardarán en prevalecer. La fotografía fue tomada desde el espigón de la Playa del Arenal en su extremo más próximo con la Cala Manzanera, en Calpe (Costa Blanca, Alicante). Canon EOS 50D+Tokina 11-16 f/2.8
