the dead and the scarred - Der Tote und der Gezeichnete

            For us the woodlands are places for calmness, relaxation and recreation. But how is live for the plants and animals who live here every day ? For them its a permanent fight for resources, for the pure survival. Here the law of nature is always present, eat ore be eaten. Here on the photograph you find at least two examples for that. The tree in the foreground has lost its fight and with its dead it created the basis for new live in form of a funghi culture. In fact every end is a beginning. 

Für uns ist der Wald ein Ort der Ruhe, Erholung und Entspannung. Doch wie steht es um die Pflanzen und Tiere, die hier immer leben? Für die ist es ein ständiger Kampf um Ressourcen, ums nackte Überleben. Hier gilt des Gesetz der Natur, fressen oder gefressen werden. Mindestens zwei Beispiele sind hier auf dem Bild zu sehen. Der Baum im Vordergrund hat den Kampf verloren und durch seinen Tod die Basis für die Entsehung neuen Lebens in Form ein Pilzkultur gelegt. Jedes Ende ist eben auch ein Anfang.
