Ghost beach - a photo on Flickriver

Ghost beach

One of the things that I liked about San Diego is that it's a coastal city and really close to the downtown area you can find rocky shores facing west! a combination that i haven't had for long time. So I grabbed my tripod, my ND filters and headed towards Sunset Cliffs. As the name implies, it's one of the best places for golden hour photography. Unfortunately the weather wasn't an ally as there was a thick layer of clouds blocking most of the beautiful colors. That didn't discourage me though, as I turned my focus to the shore instead of the sky. And I got rewarded by the ghostly waves crushing on the rocks.
