Locomotora 620 | Sector Chumpullo - a photo on Flickriver

            Al llegar a los antiguos desvíos industriales del Chumpullo, la 620 baja su velocidad y hace sonar su silbato enérgicamente para alejar un grupo de cabras, que asustadas corren delante del tren.

La 620 es una locomotora tipo 57 con disposición de ruedas 2-6-0. Fue construida en 1913 en la maestranza de Caleta Abarca, con planos de la fabricante inglesa North British. Hoy en día, con más de 100 años de operación, trabaja de manera regular en el servicio turístico de la región de Los Ríos, mejor conocido como "El Valdiviano".

At the industrial site of Chumpulllo, steamer 620 lowers its speed and blows the whistle strongly to drive away a group of goats, that run scared in front of the train.

Steamer 620 is a type 57 locomotive with a 2-6-0 wheel arrangement. It was built in 1913  at the Caleta Abarca workshops, based on North British original plans. Nowadays, with more than 100 years of operation, it regularly hauls the tourist service of the Los Ríos region, better known as "El Valdiviano".
