Dear All
Yesterday I walked across to DSM about mid day for a quick check after Storm Christophe. I am pleased to say all looked safe and secure and very tidy after your last tidy up by your Voles.
I am not sure if you are recording volunteer time spent still but I left home c 11.50am and returned 1.40pm plus a bit of time for admin. 2 hours should cover it.

The only minor comments.A lot of water (polluted?) was draining into the marsh at various pointsA At the main entranceB By the board walk gatesC By the fence line on the Sedge Marsh (ie penultimate marsh)No birds, insects or plants in flower.One small plastic bottle in the fence (Note made to take rubbish bag next time)A few Blackthorn bits coming up at the apex (Note to take secateurs next time)I hope you are all well.VBWJohn Pitts
