            Parked in the yard at Gotham garage is Optare Omnitown 205 (YN04 APN), 18th July 2019. Apart from the training fleet and a couple of Optare Solo’s the oldest buses in the Nottingham City Transport fleet by several years are the seven Optare Omnitown B33F single deckers (Fleet numbers 201 -207) which entered service in March 2004. Six of the seven Omnitowns are based at Gotham garage for use on the service 53/54 from Clifton to Arnold via the Nottingham “ring road”. The seventh Omnitown is a spare vehicle based at Trent Bridge garage. Despite the majority of the Omnitown fleet being dedicated to single route unlike the vast majority of the Nottingham City Transport fleet they are not route branded and carry a very traditional all over green livery. Nottingham City Transport have recently stated that the seven Omnitowns will be replaced in the next six months and withdrawn, however they have not indicated what will be replacing them.
