Sorry, we are closed - a photo on Flickriver

After visiting a residence in woodside I passed by the the historical Woodside Store in Woodside, California. With the discovery of gold in 1848, adventurers flocked to California. While they did not find gold on the San Francisco Peninsula, they discovered they could make money exploiting the giant redwoods. The country store supported the area’s lumber industry. Over the years, the Woodside Store became a community gathering spot, a stagecoach stop, a "bank" with the only armored safe in the area, a lending library, and a United States Post Office.

I processed a realistic, a paintery, and a balanced HDR photos from two RAW exposures, blended them selectively, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.
