Walking towards the beach - a photo on Flickriver

Monterey at the California coast is always a treat to visit. In November last year we went there, got a coffee to go at the Asilomar Hotel in Pacific Grove, and walked to the beach when the sun was low.

I processed a blended and a paintery HDR photo from three RAW exposures, merged them selectively, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.
