Spring Dawn

A fantastic morning up on White Moss with Terry Roberts and Brad Eide, this was a cracking place to get to just before the sun had risen over the tops allowing us to set up and watch the scene unfold.

The valley below slowly filling with early morning light and glowing sunrays catching the remnants of the mist still hanging around the water, this really didn't last long and had we delayed getting up here we would have missed this light. I've posted one from here before but this is quite different as I've gone in a lot tighter into the scene with the zoom lens to give a more intimate feel to it.

We tried our luck in the opposite direction towards Helm Crag after this but the light was very fleeting and I didn't really get anything I liked enough to keep. Worth having a zoom in on this one and having a look aorund.
