Sunrise and Shine

Another image off the hard drive of a particularly gorgeous morning at Brothers Water,

Heavy fog had been rolling onto the Lake for quite a while allowing for some really dramatic images before the sun had even cleared the mountains and started to hit the water.

This image was the as sun had risen over the mountain sides and set about burning off the remaining fog from the lake, the liught fell down perfectly illuminating this small copse of trees, the fog, and the shoreline rocks, with the mountainous background yet to receive any direct sunlight it allowed the subject to be seperated away from its surroundings even better. It would have been great to get the full reflections in the image but even the wellies weren't up to that task, ginormous tripod needed, and potentially scuba gear...

I've not been as active on here as late, apologies if I've not commented on here as much, I've just been crazy busy, and will be for the next 10 days or so as I'm away in Portugal, and then Iceland. I will catch up I promise :-)
